Mindspace is pleased to announce that starting in January in 2020 we will be offering drop-in mindfulness meditation classes multiple times a week at our Greene studio location in Westmount, with plans to expand the offering as the year progresses. The 45-minute sessions are intended for both beginners as well as individuals looking to keep an existing practice going. All the courses will be led by qualified Mindspace mindfulness teachers. Individuals can opt to pay for a single drop-in class, or purchase packs of 8 classes at a discounted rate. We recommend reserving in advance, as space is limited. Our first wave of classes for 2020 are posted now and open for registration.
