As a Service Coordinator, I am committed to offering non-judgmental support. I have a deep desire to help others and make a difference – thus I value my role within the Mindspace team as we work to promote mental health and overall wellbeing. I recognize the importance of not only making someone feel heard and validated, but also like they have an ally who’s capable of guiding them towards the resources they need.
Outside of Mindspace, I study within the departments of Psychology, Behavioral Science, & Gender Sexuality Feminist Social Justice at McGill University. My endeavors have included seeking insight on how to promote male allyship in the prevention of violence against women, research on bullying in the workplace, and assessing access to accommodations for students with disabilities in higher education. I have also been a volunteer mental health advocate for Stronger than Stigma, Face à Face Montreal, and Safe Zone: Program Quebec, among other organizations.
