The eighth week is the rest of your life. There are various ways to keep up the momentum and discipline developed over the past 7 weeks in the meditation practice, both formal and informal.
There are also many ways to support the process of integrating the learning from this program over time, such as with books, recordings, graduate programs, sitting groups, all-day sessions, and retreat centers.
