Catherine Leblanc has been a clinical psychologist since 2006, when she began her practice in a hospital setting until 2012. She worked with a variety of clients of all ages while starting a part-time private practice. It was in 2012 that Catherine started her full-time private practice which she currently continues with great pleasure.

In 2014, she added to her practice the integration of teaching mindfulness and self-compassion with groups and individuals. Accompaniment, psychology, meditation and the human being in the respect of all his humanity are her main interests. She uses an approach centered on self-compassion, mindfulness and somatic approaches. These approaches are used in psychotherapy in which clients can integrate, if they wish, the learning of meditation.

Catherine works in English and French
