Working with Julien, you can expect to be fully seen and heard without judgment and with unconditional acceptance. At the same time, you can expect to be guided, in a trauma-sensitive way, in approaching your emotions, and learn to work with these emotions to resolve old maladaptive patterns, become more psychologically flexible, and enjoy what matters most in your life.
Julien offers his services in both English and French.
