I’m a psychologist, member of the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (OPQ), who offers psychotherapy in English and French. I have experience working with a diverse adult clientele suffering from worry/anxiety, self-criticism/depression, and developmental trauma/relationship difficulties. I work from the premise that no matter how great your difficulties, there is more right with you than wrong with you. With compassionate presence and gentle guidance, my aim is to help you embark on a transformative journey where you can discover resources deep inside of you that can help you move toward healing past emotional injuries and leading a rich and meaningful life.

I obtained my Ph.D. from McGill University and have received clinical training in experiential and emotional processing approaches. In my clinical work, I primarily use an approach based on Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I have received training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and offer treatments assisted by ketamine, MDMA, and psilocybin. I am also a certified facilitator of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programs.

Working with me, you can expect to be fully seen and heard without judgment and with unconditional acceptance. At the same time, you can expect to be guided, in a trauma-sensitive way, to approach your emotions and learn to work with these emotions to resolve old maladaptive patterns, become more psychologically flexible, and enjoy what matters most in your life.
