Dr. Sabrina Adams works in private practice with people who have a variety of difficulties and diagnoses including anxiety, depression and personality disorders, and with trauma survivors. She is also a therapist at the Montreal Phase 3 site for MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for PTSD.

Dr Sabrina Adams is an Australian-trained clinical psychologist with a background in psychodynamic psychotherapy. She also draws from other therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy, approaches that work with parts of the self, and somatic psychotherapies. Dr Adams also teaches mindfulness, to help people to become more present, stay with and fully feel their emotions, and increase their awareness of their body.

Dr Sabrina Adams is interested in non-ordinary states of consciousness, such as mystical and psychedelic experiences, especially in relation to healing trauma. She helps clients to integrate such experiences, without which their lessons can easily be lost.
