Gabrielle is a psychologist registered with the Order of Psychologists of Quebec. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Montreal and completed her doctorate in psychology at the University of Quebec at Montreal. Gabrielle is dedicated to supporting people in search of better self-understanding and change.

She works with clients using a collaborative and warm approach, prioritizing the development of a feeling of empowerment in the client. Her therapeutic style focuses on curiosity, authenticity and empathy. She works from an integrative cognitive and behavioral approach drawing inspiration from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Mentalization Therapy. She adjusts her interventions to the needs of the person and is sensitive to the realities of people from different marginalized communities.

Gabrielle completed her clinical training in the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Unit of the Allan Memorial Institute in the Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders and Eating Disorders (Pre and Post Bariatric Surgery Services) programs. She has experience with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, interpersonal trauma (sexual assault, physical and psychological abuse), relationship difficulties and difficulties related to eating behaviors and body image.

Gabrielle currently only works with clients in French.
