I view psychotherapy as a journey of understanding and changing patterns that lead to emotional suffering. My goal is to accompany you in this journey, helping you make sense of your internal experiences, rekindle with your strengths, and create new meaning in life.

I offer individual psychotherapy to adults in English, French, and Cantonese. I mainly work with adults struggling with emotional dysregulation, difficulties forming and maintaining relationships, and problems building connections with people. I help individuals navigate challenging life transitions (grief, loss, separation), and I am experienced in helping people overcome adjustment issues related to bariatric surgery, stroke, and Parkinson’s disease.

My approach is integrative and tailored to your needs. This means I draw upon principles from various schools of psychology, including acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, mentalization-based therapy, and emotion-focused psychodynamic therapy.
