Jonathan Stewart is a meditation coach and writer who has been meditating for more than 20 years and facilitating and teaching meditation and mindfulness for almost a decade. He lead weekly meditation classes and “intro to meditation” courses at Presence, Montreal’s first drop-in meditation studio, facilitates mindfulness sessions for McGill students every semester, and has a weekly public meditation group.
