Kelsey Huson is a doctoral student in Counselling Psychology at McGill University and currently works under the clinical supervision of Sarah Roberts at Mindspace. Her clinical practice is guided by a person-centered approach to best support clients through their growth process.
Kelsey draws from various techniques to tailor interventions which are well-suited for each client, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.
