Nida has clinical experience working with both couples and individuals dealing with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, sexual dysfunctions, and trauma. She operates from within a mindfulness framework, drawing from elements of cognitive, and dialectical behavioural therapies, motivational interviewing, existential, and process-oriented approaches.
