Diane is a certified ICF professional coach and recently graduated as a Narrative Coach Enhanced Practitioner, a transformational and experiential coaching methodology based on mindfulness. Prior to becoming a coach, Diane, a seasoned strategic leader, held key leadership positions in the private sector where she was responsible for the organizational development strategy.

Susan Woods, MSW, LICSW is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a certified MBSR/MBCT teacher. She was in psychotherapy practice for many years where in addition to her clinical practice she offered the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programs. Since 2005, Susan has been a leading consultant and professional trainer in MBSR and MBCT and teaches at venues worldwide. She developed the MBSR and MBCT professional certification programs at the Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute, University of California San Diego, USA, and is a senior MBSR/MBCT mentor and supervisor.

Johann is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified Mindfulness Coach. He specializes in helping leaders gain a non-judgmental meta-perspective on their current behaviour patterns to liberate their unique gifts and talents. Johann is the co-founder of the Bhakti Center in Manhattan, a community and cultural center dedicated to the wellness. As a Hindu monk and community builder for 25 years in New York City and India, he has always been fascinated by the possibility of integrating the best from the East with the best from the West. Johann works in both English and German.

Patricia Rockman is an associate professor with the University of Toronto, department of family and community medicine; cross appointed to psychiatry. She is the past chair of the Ontario College of Family Physicians Collaborative Mental Health Network. She is a medical psychotherapist and leads MBCT and MBSR groups. She also provides mentorship and trains clinicians to deliver MBCT and MBSR. She has been educating healthcare providers in stress reduction, CBT and mindfulness-based practices for over 20 years. She is a founder and the Director of Education and Clinical Services at the Centre for Mindfulness Studies and the developer of the MBCT Facilitation Certificate Program.

Hélène is an executive coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She leads, individually and in groups, directors, managers, supervisors, professionals and entrepreneurs with the purpose of helping them become better leaders and face their multiple management challenges. Hélène works primarily in French.

Deborah cares about helping people lead with greater awareness and live the kind of life that fulfills them. She is a certified ontological executive, leadership and personal Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She brings to her coaching practice over 20 years of corporate experience as a Change Management Consultant and Director of Marketing, Communications and Strategy departments; a proven yoga and meditation practice that she says has helped her stay centered for over 15 years; countless learning experiences that have shaped her life; a deep interest in human beings, emotional intelligence, somatics and an unquenchable curiosity. In her practice, she works with the intelligence of the body to awaken dimensions beyond the cognitive and rational realms. She loves to work with valued employees who are transitioning into challenging leadership roles with new responsibilities.

Deborah works in both French and English.

Kersti Sunne Biro is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor. She received her training at the University of Massachusetts Medical School program (2010) created by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn (1979). This training complements her many years of leading mindfulness meditation groups in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Her personal meditation practice goes back 25 years. Kersti teaches primarily in English.

Dr Cyr is the founder of Doctors for Responsible Access. He has been practicing family medicine in Quebec for 20 years, with an interest in pain management, geriatrics and mental health. He is an associate researcher for the Quebec Cannabis Registry and former consultant for Telus Health Solutions. He is a part time faculty lecturer for the McGill University Department of Family Medicine and is the father of two teenagers.

Huma is a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at McGill University. She completed her Master’s in Psychology (MPsy) in Counselling Psychology at the Adler Graduate Professional School in Toronto and MA in Clinical and Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto.
