Zofia earned a PhD from counselling psychology at McGill University. She provides therapy for individuals as well as couples, treating issues like insomnia, anxiety, and depression, as well as matters concerning sexuality, perinatal mental health (issues surrounding fertility, pregnancy and post-partum period), and coping with difficult life transitions (e.g., grief, romantic breakup, loss of employment, etc.).

She uses an integrative approach combining scientifically proven to work therapeutic modalities (Cognitive-Behavior Therapy – CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy – ACT, Dialectic-Behavior Therapy – DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy – SFT, Emotion-Focused Therapy – EFT) in the humanistic, existential atmosphere.
