Join this weekly, guided one hour drop-in meditation class led by a qualified Mindspace facilitator. No experience necessary. A guided practice will be followed by time for questions, discussion, and group sharing.

Huma is a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at McGill University. She completed her Master's in Psychology (MPsy) in Counselling Psychology at the Adler Graduate Professional School in Toronto and MA in Clinical and Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto.
