Join our free online support group to help navigate the current COVID-19 crisis. These hour long sessions feature some brief opening comments from a Mindspace therapist or mindfulness teacher, followed by facilitated discussion to explore how to manage the various emotional and psychological difficulties that are arising in response to this event

No advance registration is necessary. Click the Join the Group button at the time of the event in order to join the video meeting using your web browser. 

These groups use the Google Meet platform. No additional software is necessary to join. You will be asked to share your microphone and webcam (if applicable), and can enter your name and submit a request to join the meeting, which will be approved once the group meeting begins. Participants are free to share their audio and video or not, but we ask that all participants keep their microphones muted when not sharing / speaking.

This will be a bilingual group.

Dr. Sébastien Nguyen

Dr. Sébastien Nguyen is a licensed clinical psychologist, member of the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec. He offers assistance with difficulties related to stress, emotions, relationships, identity, and adjustments to important life transitions. He also teaches mindfulness meditation to groups and individuals from various backgrounds. Sébastien’s practice is accessible and welcoming. He works in both French and English.

Dr. Andréanne Laframboise

Dr. Andréanne Laframboise is a psychologist and member of the Quebec Order of Psychologists. She completed her PhD at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) where she gained experience in clinical and organizational psychology. She integrates her experience and training in existential-humanistic approach, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness and motivational interviewing to support her clients. Andréanne practices in both French and English.
