Introduction to Mindfulness is an opportunity for beginners to learn the basics of mindfulness from an experienced professional in a no pressure environment. You’ll have the chance to practice guided meditation, get answers to your questions, and to learn more about some of the health benefits of mindfulness. It’s also an opportunity to learn about some options for taking the practice further if you decide it’s something you’d like to integrate into your life.
