Introduction to Mindfulness is an opportunity for beginners to experience a taste of the peace and calm that meditation can create. You’ll have the chance to practice guided meditation, get answers to your questions, and to know more about the benefits of mindfulness meditation. This is also an excellent primer for an 8-week MBSR program.

Nida Ali

Nida is a PhD candidate in Clinical Psychology at McGill University. Her therapeutic orientation draws from elements of cognitive, and dialectical behavioural therapies, as well as process-oriented and mindfulness-based approaches. Nida believes that the process of change starts with a meaningful and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Drawing on this philosophy Nida will work with you to better understand your needs and help you achieve your goals. She practices primarily in English.
