Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program is an 8-week introduction to mindfulness via guided meditation, group dialogue, and home practice. This program is based on the MBSR curriculum developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Participants will develop new skills to help manage stress with calm and equanimity, live in the present moment, and appreciate everyday moments of pleasure and joy.
This program meets weekly on Thursday nights for eight weeks and includes a full-day meditation retreat.
All sessions will be held at the MindSpace Studio in Westmount (1310 avenue Greene, Westmount)
