This eight-week online course is inspired by Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and modified specifically for individuals recovering from concussion. It combines mindful concussion care, stress reduction, mindfulness in nature, self-compassion, trauma sensitivity, as well as gratitude and joy practices to cultivate calm clarity.
Please note that this group will meet weekly on Monday mornings, online, for eight weeks. There will also be an orientation session on October 4th from 11am-12:30pm and an all-day silent retreat on November 28th from 11am to 5pm.
