Instructors

Dr. Karine St-Jean

Dr. St-Jean believes that the road in psychotherapy begins by creating a non-judgemental and open space to meet clients where they are at this moment in their life. She also believes that a practical and active approach is helpful to help clients pursue their goals, reduce their stress, feel better, and adjust with more serenity to the challenges of working and personal life. Her clinical approach is cognitive-behavioral, but she draws from other therapeutic approaches to adjust to the specific needs of each client, whether in the context of therapy or coaching.
