Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week introduction to mindfulness via guided meditation, group dialogue, and home practice. This program is based on the MBSR curriculum developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and focuses on the use of mindfulness for managing everyday stressors related to work, health, relationships, and other concerns. This program meets weekly on Monday evenings for eight weeks.
Please note this course has no orientation session, and will be offered in French, online.
What to expect when signing-up:
When you click register you’ll be taken to our Mindbody Online site where you’ll be asked to create an account and provide some basic information. Once you’ve completed that process you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a questionnaire you must complete to help us ensure you’re a good fit for the program. If we have additional questions the facilitator will be in touch directly. Otherwise a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your final registration steps and collect any balance owing.
