Carl Lemieux

Carl Lemieux is a partner at MindSpace and managing director of MindSpace @ work. Carl offers MindSpace clients cultural transformation services, executive coaching, leadership development, all of which leverage mindfulness as a strategic lever to enhance organizational and human potential. He works with clients in both English and French.

Dr. Joe Flanders

Dr. Joe Flanders is the founder and director of MindSpace and an assistant professor in the McGill University Psychology Department. Dr. Flanders offers Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to individuals, groups, and organizations. Dr. Flanders works with clients in English and in French.
