Carl Lemieux

Carl Lemieux is an Associate Psychologist at Mindspace, where he supports leaders, individuals and teams to unleash their full potential, using increased awareness on what it means to have a life of meaning, impact and happiness while identifying and working with those aspects that tend to keep us stuck in our patterns and automatic reflexes.

Dr. Joe Flanders

Dr. Joe Flanders is the founder and director of Mindspace and an assistant professor in the McGill University Psychology Department. Dr. Flanders offers Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to individuals, groups, and organizations. Dr. Flanders works with clients in English and in French.
