The six-week Individual Mindfulness Training coaching program is based on our eight-week group Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, but is designed for individuals who want to learn stress management tools in a one-on-one environment. The program offers an introduction to the practice of mindfulness through guided meditation, experiential learning, and home meditation practice.
