Mindspace now offers guided drop-in meditation classes led by our experienced team of certified mindfulness teachers. This is a great option for individuals who are looking to get started meditating but might not be ready for an 8-week program, or for those are looking to keeping an existing practice going, and appreciate the support of a group, as well as live guidance. No experience is necessary, and we provided all the necessary props.
