Mindspace offers a number of group therapy and psychoeducation programs and workshops, including mindfulness based programs, group therapy for anxiety and depression, support groups for eco-anxiety, digital wellbeing, and more. Our groups are run by a diverse team of qualified professionals, including licensed psychologists, qualified mindfulness teachers, and other certified coaches and specialists.

Deepening Mindfulness: A Mindspace Graduate Program
An 8-week course designed for graduates of mindfulness-based programs (or their equivalent) with an interest in going deeper in their practice. -
Digital Wellbeing
An interactive 90-minute workshop that explores the latest science on the psychological tricks and mechanisms that digital technology uses to hook our attention and how mindfulness-based practices can help you regain control of how you want to spend your time. -
Introduction to Mindfulness
Curious about mindfulness and meditation but not sure where to start? This 90-minute introductory workshop is meant just for you. Learn the basics in a no pressure environment and then find out if you want to go further with one of our other programs. -
Mindful Performance Enhancement (mPEAK)
Mindful Performance Enhancement Awareness and Knowledge (mPEAK) is an eight-week course to enhance the human capacity for mindfulness related to peak performance, resilience, focus and “flow.” -
Mindful Self-Compassion
An eight-week mindfulness based program that can be helpful for those who struggle with perfectionism or a strong inner critic, or difficult emotions, especially around relationships and caregiving. -
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy
In contrast to MBSR–a general program designed to reduce stress via mindfulness practice–MBCT specifically targets relapse prevention for mood disorders like depression, and for anxiety disorders. -
