Dr. Sébastien Nguyen

Dr. Sébastien Nguyen is a licensed clinical psychologist, member of the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec. He offers assistance with difficulties related to stress, emotions, relationships, identity, and adjustments to important life transitions. He also teaches mindfulness meditation to groups and individuals from various backgrounds. Sébastien’s practice is accessible and welcoming. He works in both French and English.
